


Le Mistral is a wine and cocktail speakeasy inspired by the flavors, ingredients, and spirit of Southern Europe.
We focus on wines, spirits, and cocktails that speak of place — not to recreate the original, but to recall the feeling of it.

Created by Jelena Prodan, Beverage Director and Partner of SMG Restaurants, Le Mistral reflects her Balkan roots and years of travel across Europe. Born in Serbia, Jelena shaped her approach to hospitality through food, wine, music, culture, and the way people gather around the table.

She imagined Le Mistral as a hidden corner of an old town: cave-like, intimate, transportive, and built for exploration. The beverage program leads the experience, with distinctive wines, crafted cocktails, Southern European spirits, and thoughtful pairings shaped around curiosity, memory, and a sense of place.

Chef Stephen Gillanders, founder of SMG Group, supports that beverage-first philosophy with a menu of craveable bites designed to complement the glass and keep you at the table a little longer.
